First real-world deployment of the [THeMIS](/models/milrem-themis.md) UGV. Deployed with Estonian Defence Forces (EDF) during French-led counter-terrorism Operation Barkhane in [Mali](/locations/mali.md) from April 2019 to April 2020. Three Estonian platoons used the vehicle for patrols and supply transport. Traversed 1,200 km in harsh terrain, operational for 330+ hours in temperatures up to 50°C.
