On November [XXX], 2025 at 4:14 AM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Atlanta, Georgia was in a collision involving a gate on [XXX] at [XXX]. 
The Waymo AV was traveling westbound on [XXX] when it approached a gated entrance separating [XXX] from [XXX]. The Waymo AV slowed to a stop to yield to the closed gate, and began proceeding slowly forward again. As it did so, the gate began swinging open into the roadway towards the Waymo AV and made contact with the front of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. The Waymo AV sustained damage.
