On May [XXX], 2026 at 7:22 PM ET a Waymo Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Atlanta, Georgia was in a collision involving an SUV in a parking lot at [XXX].

The Waymo AV was traveling southwestbound in a parking lot at [XXX] when an SUV, initially parked facing southeast in a parking stall on the west side of the parking lot, proceeded forward into the Waymo AV's lane of travel. The Waymo AV began to maneuver to the left as the SUV proceeded forward and to its right, and the front of the SUV made contact with the right side of the Waymo AV. At the time of the impact, the Waymo AV's Level 4 ADS was engaged in autonomous mode. Both vehicles sustained damage.
