On July [XXX], 2026 at 9:09 PM PDT a [Waymo](/companies/waymo.md) Autonomous Vehicle ("Waymo AV") operating in Los Angeles, California was in a collision involving raised pavement on the [XXX] off-ramp near [XXX].

The test driver transitioned the Waymo AV into manual mode, continued forward into the left lane of the off-ramp, and began slowing as the Waymo AV approached the merge intersection with [XXX].
