# The DEPLOY Indices

Proprietary indices built from the registry's verified-vs-claimed data. Each answers a question no one else can source: whether companies deliver on their promises, how much of a claimed fleet is real, which robots get re-ordered. A competitor can copy a fact; these require the full claims ledger, the resolved outcomes, and the deployment time-series.

## Indices

- [Claim Integrity Index](/stats/claim-integrity.md): which robot companies deliver on their public claims. Verified claims divided by resolved claims, per company.
- [Fleet Reality Index](/stats/fleet-reality.md): verified units in the field versus the claimed fleet size, per model.
- [Operator Repeat Rate](/stats/operator-repeat.md): how many operators put a robot at a second site. Repeat purchase is the strongest commercial-truth signal there is.
- Pilot Conversion Rate (`/stats/pilot-conversion`): which pilots convert to real deployments versus quietly end. Publishing as deployment outcomes are recorded.
- Hype Gap Index (`/stats/hype-gap`): media attention per verified deployment. Publishing as deployment coverage completes.
