A merchant banker by training, he spent two decades in Hong Kong (1989–2009) and founded Stanhill Capital Partners in 1998. He is the largest individual shareholder in Quantinuum after Honeywell, holding ~15% equity. Since 2023 he has served as Vice-Chairman and Chief Product Officer.
