# Where do robots charge? The infrastructure map.

**Verdict:** Robots charge and stage wherever a city already has EV chargers and parking, but the public data thins out fast at exactly the point a fleet needs it. The best-mapped corridor DEPLOY holds is the LA West Side: 1,183 EV charging stations (LA Geohub, US DOE AFDC) and 57 city-owned parking lots (LADOT), both verified. San Francisco publishes the widest parking inventory, 1,406 off-street locations (SFMTA). No US city publishes the one field an operator needs: which of those lots has a usable ground-floor electrical outlet.

## What this hub will map next

Two spokes are planned and not yet built, so they are named rather than linked: a how-robots-charge capability explainer, and place pages for the other tracked corridors as their charging records deepen. Honest absence, not an oversight.
