What the Roborock Qrevo knows about you
The Roborock Qrevo is an autonomous robot vacuum and mop from Beijing-based Roborock Technology. It uses PreciSense LiDAR navigation to scan and map home environments, creating detailed floor plans for zone-specific cleaning and no-go boundary configuration. Suction reaches 5,500 Pa. The Qrevo docks with an all-in-one station providing self-emptying capacity lasting up to seven weeks without manual intervention. Mop pads lift automatically when carpet is detected. Wi-Fi credentials are stored only on the robot; map data syncs to Roborock cloud servers in China, Germany, and other regions based on the user's registered location.
Track the Roborock Qrevo and we will tell you the moment its privacy, price, or safety record changes.

What it collects about you
The data this device picks up.
Your location
Despite requesting GPS permission during app install, Roborock does not collect GPS data. Location is used only to determine your time zone for scheduled cleaning and to route you to the right regional server.
Your body data
Does not collect biometric data like facial recognition, voiceprints, or fingerprints. Obstacle photos are encrypted and stored locally in a proprietary format not used for facial ID. Voice commands are processed on-device with no voice data stored.
Where your data goes
Who else can see it once it leaves the device.
Shared with others
Home environment and map data is shared with Xiaomi for cloud storage. Your device name, room names, and user ID are shared with Amazon, Google, and Naver when you use smart speaker voice control.
Selling your data
Does not sell any personal information to third parties and does not believe it engages in sale or sharing as defined under California law.
Sent to the cloud
Your data is stored in data centers in China, Germany, Russia, and the US, routed to the one nearest to your registered region. EU user data stays exclusively on servers in Germany.
Training their AI
AI obstacle recognition is trained exclusively on simulated environments, and the voice model is trained on lab data only. All AI runs on-device. No user data is sent to the cloud for training.
What you can control
Your say over the data it holds.
Kept on the device
Obstacle avoidance, path planning, and voice commands run entirely on the device. Your WiFi password is stored only on the robot and never uploaded. Encrypted map copies do sync to the cloud for app-based editing.
How long they keep it
Data is kept only as long as needed. You can permanently delete all cloud data including maps, cleaning history, and schedules by deleting your account through the app.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account through the app to erase all cloud data, delete individual maps, factory reset via a button on the robot, or email privacy@roborock.com with identity verification.
