CNH Industrial (NYSE:CNH; global headquarters in Basildon, UK; brands include Case IH and New Holland Agriculture, with Case IH formed in 1985 from J.I. Case and the agricultural division of International Harvester) runs its agricultural-autonomy program through Raven Industries, which it acquired in 2021 for about $2.1 billion. The registry catalogs the entity under the CNH parent rather than the Case IH brand because the autonomy intellectual property is owned at the CNH level and deployed identically across both Case IH and New Holland, so a brand-only record would mislabel a shared platform.
