Fleet reality: claimed vs verified
How many robots does a model actually have in the field, versus how many its maker claims? The Fleet Reality Ratio is verified units divided by claimed units. A low ratio means a big gap between the headline number and confirmed reality.
Methodology
- Verified = units in field independently corroborated (deployments, filings, teardowns).
- Claimed = the vendor or press figure for units in the field.
- Ratio = verified / claimed. Above 1.0 means more verified than claimed (under-promised); below means the claimed fleet outruns the proof.
- Model-level. Each figure carries its source on the model page.
