AeroVironment acquires Tomahawk Robotics
Defense-drone maker AeroVironment completed its acquisition of Tomahawk Robotics, developer of the AI-enabled Kinesis common robotic control system, on September 18, 2023 for a total purchase price of $120 million in a mix of cash and stock. Tomahawk joined AeroVironment's Unmanned Systems segment.
