Rex Bionics develops the [REX](/models/rex-bionics-rex) robotic exoskeleton, a hands-free, self-supporting mobility device that enables wheelchair users with spinal cord injury and other neurological conditions to stand, walk, and exercise. Founded in Auckland in 2003, the company pioneered Robot-Assisted Physiotherapy (RAP) and ran the RAPPER II clinical trial across leading neuro-rehabilitation clinics in the UK and Australia. Rex Bionics was admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIM in 2014 under the ticker RXB.
