Husqvarna Group divested its Orangeburg, South Carolina manufacturing facility to Flex Ltd under a long-term supply agreement. Flex will manufacture Husqvarna's wheeled products and assemble handheld products for the North American market, with expected cost savings of SEK 350m over five years.
