Konecranes acquired Terex Corporation's Material Handling & Port Solutions (MHPS) segment for EUR 1,126 million in cash and shares. The deal made Konecranes the world's largest focused player in industrial lifting and port solutions, with combined 2015 sales of EUR 3,517 million.
