Baker Hughes (Waygate Technologies) x Hexagon
Baker Hughes announced the sale of its Waygate Technologies business, which includes the former GE Inspection Robotics (now Waygate Technologies Robotics), to Sweden-based Hexagon for approximately $1.45 billion in an all-cash transaction. The deal integrates industrial inspection robotics with Hexagon's 3D metrology and digital twin portfolio.
