Co-founded in 2015 by Forrest Iandola and Kurt Keutzer out of UC Berkeley research on SqueezeNet, the company launched its Carver21 perception product in January 2019. DeepScale was acquired by Tesla in October 2019 to bolster its Autopilot team.
