Sharp x Foxconn (Strategic Partnership)
Foxconn acquired Sharp in 2016 for approximately 3.8 billion USD and the two signed a further strategic MOU in June 2026 to develop new business ventures. The partnership combines Foxconn manufacturing scale with Sharp brand value and display technology.
