Harley-Davidson Financial Services entered a long-term strategic partnership with KKR and PIMCO transforming HDFS into a capital-light financing business. KKR and PIMCO each acquired 4.9 percent common equity interests and agreed to purchase approximately two-thirds of annual HDFS future retail loan originations over five years.
