Mars Incorporated completed its acquisition of Kellanova in an all-cash deal valued at approximately 36 billion dollars bringing together brands including Pringles Cheez-It Pop-Tarts with M&Ms and Snickers. The deal was announced in August 2024 and closed in December 2025.
