RadiusDC was launched as a new North America metro edge data center platform sponsored by IPI Partners, LLC, a global investment platform focused exclusively on data centers. IPI Partners acquired the 1500 Champa building in Denver and partnered with Mike Krza to develop the RadiusDC business strategy.
