Rocket Lab signed a definitive agreement to acquire Motiv Space Systems, adding Mars-proven robotics and precision spacecraft mechanisms. Motiv will be branded Rocket Lab Robotics and its 50 engineers will join Rocket Lab's Pasadena facility.
