Voltage Parkcustomer

Voltage Park is a US GPU cloud operator launched in 2023 as a Navigation Fund-backed initiative of crypto billionaire Jed McCaleb (co-founder of Ripple and Stellar), which spent roughly $500 million to buy and stand up a 24,000 NVIDIA H100 fleet and rent it out at deliberately low, transparent hourly prices. Unlike hyperscale-tethered neoclouds, Voltage Park was structured to serve the long tail of AI research labs, startups, and universities that could not get allocation from AWS, CoreWeave, or Lambda in the post-ChatGPT GPU squeeze. By 2025 the fleet had grown to roughly 36,000 GPUs spanning Hopper (H100), Blackwell (B200), and Grace Blackwell (GB200) generations, deployed across six Tier 3+ colocation facilities in four US states in partnership with Dell, NVIDIA, Penguin Solutions, and Vast Data. Voltage Park was named a reference NVIDIA Cloud Partner in November 2025 and publishes on-demand H100 pricing starting at $1.99 per GPU-hour, positioning itself as one of the cheapest transparent rate cards in the neocloud pack. Named customers include Cursor, Prime Intellect, Imbue, Luma AI, Covariant, Phind, Dream3D, and Caltech. In January 2026 Voltage Park merged with Lightning AI to form a combined training and inference platform, with former Voltage Park CEO Ozan Kaya becoming President of the merged entity. The company describes a roughly $1 billion long-term capital foundation and has begun international expansion, including a November 2025 vision-AI factory partnership with JBK Group and Matrice.ai in Qatar.
