Andrew Anagnost

American engineer and business executive; President & CEO of Autodesk since June 2017, and a board director. Joined Autodesk as a product manager in 1997; led development of manufacturing products (growing Autodesk Inventor revenue to >00M) and later, as CMO and SVP of Business Strategy & Marketing, was the architect of Autodesk's SaaS transition.

Became interim co-CEO with Amar Hanspal after Carl Bass resigned in February 2017, then permanent President & CEO after a four-month search. Under his tenure Autodesk entered the Fortune 500 / Forbes Global 2000 and acquired PlanGrid (75M) and BuildingConnected (75M) to push into construction software.

Board member of HubSpot since September 2023. B.S. mechanical engineering, California State University, Northridge (CSUN), 1987; M.S. engineering science and PhD aeronautical engineering (minor in computer science), Stanford; NRC post-doctoral fellow at NASA Ames Research Center; earlier worked at Lockheed Martin and EXA Corporation.
