Holds a degree in applied mathematics from Gubkin Institute of Oil and Gas. Born February 11, 1964 in Atyrau, Kazakhstan. Israeli citizen (residing in Israel since 2014); renounced Russian citizenship in February 2026. EU sanctions imposed in June 2022 were lifted in March 2024.
