Chairman and Acting CEO of Yangtze Memory Technologies Corp. (YMTC), China's leading 3D NAND flash memory maker. Previously Co-President of Tsinghua Unigroup and Executive Vice Chairman of China Resources Microelectronics.

Holds more than ten years of international research experience, including at the Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits and the Max Planck Society Institute of Microstructure in Germany, and Supertex in Silicon Valley. Also serves as Chairman of the China Semiconductor Industry Association.
