Christophe Fouquet

French engineer and business executive; President & CEO of ASML Holding since April 25, 2024. Joined ASML in 2008 in marketing and product management; appointed to the Board of Management in 2018 as EVP of EUV technology, became Chief Business Officer in 2022, and succeeded Peter Wennink as CEO in 2024 (four-year term through 2028).

Leads the world's only EUV lithography machine maker — Europe's most valuable technology company and the indispensable supplier behind the most advanced semiconductor chips. Before ASML, held positions at KLA Tencor (Director of Marketing, 2003–2008) and Applied Materials (Global Product Manager, 1997–2001). Holds a master's degree in physics from the Institut Polytechnique de Grenoble (Grenoble INP).
