Dai Wanhui

Founder of Hangmo Technology (IRMO), a Beijing-based robotics startup spun out from the Robotics Institute of Beihang University. Holds a Master's degree from the Robotics Institute of Beihang University and an MBA from Tsinghua University. Previously served as project leader of the 863 Program at Beihang's Robotics Institute and led new retail business for household rehabilitation equipment.

Founded Hangmo in 2022 to develop intelligent variable-stiffness joint technology (FlexmoJoint) and consumer-grade intelligent exoskeletons. The company raised nearly 100 million yuan in an angel round from investors including Zhongtou Wanfang, Beihang Tianhui, and Chengmei Capital. Hangmo's IRMO M1 exoskeleton, launched via crowdfunding, is billed as the world's first AI exoskeleton with visual perception and all-terrain adaptation.
