Edvard Franckel
Founder of Atlas Copco (originally AB Atlas) in 1873 in Stockholm, Sweden. Franckel established the company as an industrial equipment manufacturer, which grew over 150 years into a global leader in industrial tools, compressors, and assembly systems. The company was renamed Atlas Copco in 1956.
