Fausto Panizzolo

Founder and CEO of Moveo Srl, an Italian company commercializing ExoBand, a lightweight self-powered soft exoskeleton for walking assistance. Holds an MSc in Bioengineering from the University of Padova and a PhD in biomechanics from the University of Western Australia, where he studied muscle-tendon dynamics.

Formerly a research fellow at the Biodesign Lab at Harvard University. Developed ExoBand over more than a decade of research in biomechanics and robotics. The idea was first formulated at Harvard but developed in Italy by an all-Italian team.

Moveo is based in Padua, Italy, and ExoBand has received FDA clearance and EU MDR certification. Won the Healthy Longevity Challenge for soft exoskeletons supporting independent living.
