Chairman of the Board of Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA. The Näder family, direct descendants of founder Otto Bock, owns 100% of the company through Näder Holding GmbH & Co. KG. Under his leadership, Ottobock expanded into exoskeletons (acquiring suitX in 2021) and went public in October 2025.
