Joined Reckitt in 2019 as Chief Transformation Officer, then served as President of the Health Global Business Unit and Global Chief Customer Officer from July 2020, growing Health revenues by GBP 1.4 billion over three years.

Previously spent five years at PepsiCo (2014-2019), last as Division President for Pepsi Beverages North America (Western US, over USD 4 billion revenue); earlier was a Partner at McKinsey and Co (Dallas office) focusing on consumer, health and retail practices. Danish national, long-time US resident, relocating to the UK.

Holds an MA in Political Science from The New School and a BSc in Political Science from Aarhus University. Serves on the boards of the Consumer Brands Association (US) and the Global Self-Care Federation.
