Lu Ying (卢鹰)

Co-founder, Chairman & CEO of Excelland Robotics (UDiTECH), a leading Chinese commercial service robot company. Joined the company in March 2013 as CEO and led its growth into China's third-largest commercial delivery robot supplier by revenue (9.8% market share, 2025). With over 30 years of enterprise management experience, Lu previously served as COO (2010) and then CEO & Chairman of UTStarcom Holdings Corp.

(NASDAQ: UTSI) from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, he was Global Co-COO and China General Manager at Airvana/Fibernet (Chengdu) from 2001 to 2008, and held roles at China National Technology Import & Export Corp. from 1988 to 1998. He holds a BS in Radio Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology (1982) and an MBA from the University of Southern California (1999).
