Vice Chairman (Non-executive Director) of Stellantis N.V. since January 2021. Chairman of Peugeot Invest (now Honorary Chairman as of May 2025), one of the two main shareholders in Stellantis. Previously served as permanent representative of FFP (Peugeot Invest) on the PSA Supervisory Board from 2014, and held executive positions at PSA from 1998 to 2007 as VP for innovation and quality.

Born in France in 1950. Knight of the French National Order of Merit and Knight of the French Legion of Honour.
