President of LifeFormations (dba LF Studios), an animatronics and themed-environments company based in Bowling Green, Ohio. Joined the company in 1993, became president and partner in 2001, and acquired it from founder Gene Poor in 2009. Three-time BGSU alumnus (BA Film Studies 1994, MEd 1996, PhD Communication Studies 2003). Inducted into BGSU's Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame in 2024.
