Rudolph Schelling
Co-founder (with Hermann Stäubli) of Schelling & Stäubli in 1892 in Horgen, Switzerland, the company that grew into the Stäubli Group - a global leader in industrial and mechatronic solutions spanning textile machinery, quick couplings, and industrial robotics. Died in 1909; the firm was subsequently renamed Stäubli Brothers & Co. Under his partnership the company established its first factory in Horgen (1892) and a new production facility (1896).
