Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of onsemi since February 2021. Previously served as CFO at Cypress Semiconductor, responsible for strategic planning, accounting, investor relations, tax, corporate development and information technology, until its sale to Infineon in April 2020. Under his leadership, Cypress' revenue increased from $723 million to $2.5 billion and enterprise value increased five times.

Serves on the board of directors of Lumentum Holdings Inc. and Leia Inc. Holds a B.S. in business administration and finance from San Diego State University.
