Todd Roberts

CEO and Co-Founder of ATDev (Assistive Technology Development), a Berkeley-born startup creating AI-enabled robotic mobility and rehabilitation devices. Co-founded ATDev in 2020 with Owen Kent, a fellow UC Berkeley alum, after developing the Reflex robotic knee rehabilitation device in a Berkeley biomechanics course. Roberts holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering from UC Berkeley and was an exoskeleton graduate researcher there.

He serves as PI on federal Reflex grants and has 10 years of assistive tech R&D and commercialization experience. ATDev secured a $3M seed investment to scale its assistive mobility ecosystem.
