Tom Williams
Chairman and CEO of Parker Hannifin Corporation (NYSE: PH), the Fortune 250 global leader in motion and control technologies. Elected CEO in January 2015 and later Chairman, Williams led the $13B+ diversified industrial company through a period of aerospace and industrial growth. He joined Parker in 2003 as Vice President of Operations for the Hydraulics Group, became President of the Instrumentation Group in 2005, and served as Operating Officer with leadership responsibility across Aerospace, Filtration, Engineered Materials, and other product groups from 2006.
Before Parker, Williams spent 22 years at General Electric in leadership roles spanning GE Capital, Aviation, Lighting, and Transportation. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell University and an MBA from Xavier University. Under his leadership, Parker Hannifin's Indego powered exoskeleton received FDA clearance for clinical and personal use, advancing mobility solutions for individuals with spinal cord injuries.
