Where is Tesla FSD approved in Europe?

Tesla FSD (Supervised) is approved in a growing set of EU countries, led by the Netherlands, whose RDW type approval is the one the later national go-aheads recognize. Lithuania, Estonia, Denmark, and Belgium have approved it too. France has declined for now, Sweden, Finland, and Norway are objecting, and Greece and Latvia are pending. Because approval largely flows from a shared EU type-approval process, the map is likely to move with a coming EU vote rather than country by country.
How we know this
Every cell in the table comes from a dated, sourced record in the FSD jurisdiction-approval ledger. Here is every source behind it.
Each country's status is attributed to its transport authority. Germany is omitted: the only claim we found was unverified.
