Sweetgreen's footage of its Infinite Kitchen at Naperville, where bowls travel on a conveyor under ingredient hoppers that portion, dress, and spin-mix salads. Scripted conveyor-and-hopper portioning, not autonomous manipulation, and not human-free (a host greets guests and a worker adds final toppings).

Sweetgreen's Naperville, Illinois location became the first Infinite Kitchen site in May 2023, using an automated bowl and salad makeline. The technology has since been rolled out to approximately 20 of Sweetgreen's 300-plus stores.
