A former Tesla manager overseeing Full Self-Driving testing operations in Houston, Javier Medrano, filed a retaliation lawsuit claiming Tesla created systemic safety oversight defects by understaffing safety operators. The suit alleges Medrano processed an accident while physically asleep and gave unsafe guidance, and describes FSD test cars as rolling hazards.
