Golden Ventures is a leading seed-stage venture capital fund based in Toronto, Canada, investing across North America. Founded in 2011 by Matt Golden as one of the first micro-VC funds in Canada, the firm has backed over 100 seed-stage companies across five funds. Fund V closed at approximately USD 100 million in February 2024.

The firm is sector-agnostic with active positions in AI, defence tech, fintech, climate, frontier/space, and quantum.
