Aisin x Denso x Toyota (BluE Nexus JV)
Aisin and Denso established BluE Nexus Corporation as a joint venture in April 2019 to develop and sell eAxle driving modules for electric vehicles. Toyota holds a 10% stake (Aisin 45%, Denso 45%), and the JV supplies eAxles for Toyota bZ4X, Subaru Solterra, and Isuzu D-MAX EV.
