Serve Robotics acquires Diligent Robotics
Serve Robotics announced on January 20, 2026 an agreement to acquire Diligent Robotics, expanding Serve's autonomy platform into indoor hospital settings via Diligent's Moxi robot. Serve's release states Moxi is deployed in over 25 U.S. hospital facilities with over 1.25 million deliveries completed by nearly 100 robots, and outlines stock consideration of about $29 million plus a potential earn-out of up to $5.3 million (Serve IR).
