AMD x Fermi America (Project Matador credit support)
AMD signed a credit support agreement backing the lease for phase one of Fermi America's Project Matador campus in Carson County, Texas (222 MW gross power), described as a key milestone toward project financing. The companies also signed a framework agreement for potential future expansion of up to 650 MW of gross power, which Fermi's CEO said establishes a framework for phases two and three.
