Nexter x KMW (KNDS Joint Venture)
French land arms specialist Nexter and German Krauss-Maffei Wegmann signed a 50-50 partnership agreement to form KNDS a Franco-German defense technology group with over 6000 employees and annual turnover close to EUR 2 billion. The alliance strengthens European defense competitiveness and international positioning.
