Havoc (formerly HavocAI) is an all-domain [Collaborative](/companies/collaborative-robotics) autonomy company building autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) and a software stack that lets a single operator command swarms of unmanned maritime systems. Founded by Navy veterans Paul Lwin and Joe Turner in Providence, Rhode Island, the company vessel lineup spans the 14-foot Rampage USV, the 38-foot Seahound, the 42-foot Kiakoa, and the 100-foot Atlas, and it has delivered 30+ vessels to the U.S. military across Navy and Army exercises including Southern Lightning, Project Convergence, and Silent Swarm. Havoc competes with Anduril and Saronic in the contested maritime-autonomy market highlighted by the Pentagon Replicator initiative.
