CNOOC x Shell (CSPC Petrochemical Joint Venture)
CNOOC and Shell operate CSPC a 50-50 petrochemical joint venture established in 2000 in Daya Bay Huizhou China. In January 2025 CSPC took final investment decision to expand with a third ethylene cracker and specialty chemicals facility expected completion in 2028.
