MERLIN Properties and Edged Energy established a long-term multi-phase strategic partnership to build a network of ultra-efficient waterless data centers across Madrid Bilbao Barcelona and Lisbon. The partnership has since expanded to gigawatt-scale AI data center campuses in Extremadura Spain with MERLIN raising over 1 billion for data center development.
