GRIMME acquired a majority stake in Danish vegetable technology specialist ASA-LIFT in 2013 and completed a full takeover in 2020. ASA-LIFT was founded in 1936 and specializes in vegetable harvesting machinery complementary to GRIMME potato and beet equipment.
